"The PCGO-TA-FP is already equipped with the frost protection option in the factory.
When switched on, the frost protection option will close its contact, connected to the brown wires when the measured temperature drops about 2°C below the temperature set with the dials (R_SW1, R_SW2, and R_SW3). When the brown wires are connected to the terminals 23 & 24 on PCGO-TA pool control boxes (External pump control), the pump will start when the contact of the frost protection option closes. When the measured temperature rises about 2°C above the temperature set with the dials (R_SW1, R_SW2, and R_SW3), the contact of the frost protection option will open, and the pump will stop.
Example: The frost protection option is set to 4°C (R_SW1 set to 4, R_SW2 set to 0, R_SW3 set to 0). It will start the pump when the measured temperature drops below 2°C and stop the pump when the measured temperature rises above 6°C."
